We have cakes to suit all budgets starting from as little as £85 for an 8” single tier fruit cake up to whatever!

Our wedding cakes are homemade using quality ingredients and can be made as rich fruit cake, vanilla , lemon, chocolate sponge or carrot cake with a choice of different butter cream fillings. It is possible to have all different cake types for your tiered wedding cake to cater for all guests tastes or simply stick with tradition and have our delicious rich fruit cake! We require a minimum of 6 weeks notice from the time of booking your cake to the delivery date ,with a 50% deposit and the remainder paid 2 weeks before collection or delivery.



All cakes shown can be adapted to however you choose. Perhaps mixing and matching a few design elements taken from a few different cakes or adding a few ideas of your own. The number of tiers can also be increased or decreased to suit the number of guests. Cutting cakes are also available if you require extra portions and keep costs down.

Castles For Weddings

Since the passing of the by law which allows marriage in places other than church or registry office a lot of couples are choosing  to get married and hold their reception in stately homes and castles and play at being lord and lady of the manor for the day.  Any of the top decoration castles shown can be changed to go with whatever cake design you prefer in your chosen colour scheme. Chocolate Wedding Cakes

If you’re a chocolate lover and not too fond of traditional fruit cake yet still want a tiered wedding cake why not have one of these delicious creations!  It could perhaps be served as dessert at the reception. Tiers in chocolate, plain or carrot cake sponge or combinations of these can be provided.









Modelled Pillars

A tiered wedding cake can be supported in a number of ways , one of which can be the use of cake pillars.  We've taken that idea one step further and made them a decorative feature by modelling sugar paste animals and popular characters around them. The pillars are plastic tubes which go all the way down inside the cake though on the surface it appears as if the models are actually holding up the tiers!






Wedding Cup Cakes

These ‘wedding cakes’ are presented in a traditional way on boards and pillars as a tiered cake would be except the beauty is that every guest can have their own individual wedding cup cake! Cup cakes can be plain, chocolate,(chocolate chips included if required) carrot or lemon. Each cake can be decorated with cut out edible hearts, butterflies, flowers on a swirl of piped butter cream or a circle of sugar paste. Colours of the icing and decoration, and bun cases(gold ,silver or plain) can be changed to fit in with your wedding colour scheme. A spray of silk flowers presented on a board, or a 6”cake as a top tier in sponge or fruit cake can be added. Please contact us for a quote .



1.  This is a classical looking cake. Each cup cake is decorated with a circle of sugar paste and a delicate icing rosebud in alternating colours. A 6” cake is the top tier and is decorated with a spray of red silk flowers and a band of ribbon.

2.  This wedding cup cake is strictly for chocolate addicts!! Each cup cake is made with chocolate sponge decorated with a rich ganache topping made with real Belgium chocolate and decorated with a Belgium chocolate truffle, alternating between milk and white chocolate on each cup cake. The top tier decoration (pictured right) is a 6” chocolate cake decorated with chocolate curls and finished with a selection of more chocolate truffles. Bride and Groom: People and Animals

Please view our gallery selecting "bride and groom" to see examples of what can be created as cake toppers for your wedding cake.  We would require 2 weeks minimum notice and a 50% deposit on booking .  Simple seated models on a 6" board start from as little as £35 upwards to £75 for standing ones on a 4" or 6" board, depending on the complexity and amount of detail required.  We can recreate sugar models to look like yourselves wearing whatever your wedding outfits  may be. 


A rough sketch of clothing with details of colour, dress and flowers, how hair will be worn, with or without veil or tiara, grooms suit colour, waistcoat and tie/cravat details, and the colour required for the base board should be provided.  For an accurate representation a photo of the bride and groom would help also.  If models of family pets are required, dressed or undressed, again a good photo showing their markings would  help. Gallery of Models

If you browse through our gallery of models you will see  that just about anything is possible! We can reproduce edible models of your favourite cartoon or T.V. characters, pop stars or members of your family, pets and friends. Single seated figures, as a rough guide, start from £15 depending on how much detail is required.
